Advent 2020

We all know that Advent and Christmas will be very different this year, and so, in the season of waiting and preparing, the circuit are offering different ways of journeying through Advent together.

Hopefully by now you will have received a copy of the circuit advent booklet, which contains reflections from people across the circuit on themes of Hop, Faith Joy and Peace. These can also be accessed online by following this link to our Advent Calander.

Our Reflections take us from the first Sunday of Advent through to Epiphany Each week there is a piece of liturgy to acompnay lighting the Advent Candle ... This should also be available as a video on the You Tube page week. There are also a series of relflections as well as (most excitingly) a receipe to try each week which has been linked to the theme for the week. Some of the reflections will be availble in other formats online ... either as a video or an audio file ... so keep any eye out on the Advent Calendar and on the Circuit Facebook page.

You may also like to join us, in going deeper into our domestic journey of Advent to Epiphany at Home. You will need to buy the book 'At Home in Advent'by Gordon Giles, but all good bookshops and online stockists will sell this, it is priced at £8.99. The reading of these daily reflections will be accompanied by Bible Study groups arranged through your local church.
